3S Smart Solutions is looking for an HR Implementation Consultant to help clients implement and adopt Odoo HR and LVLUP365. You will translate HR requirements into practical system solutions and support clients throughout implementation, training, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document client requirements, HR policies, workflows, and approval processes.

  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and identify gaps requiring customization or integration.

  • Configure Odoo HR modules, including Employees, Attendance, Time Off, and Payroll, based on the agreed project scope.

  • Prepare, validate, and import employee records and applicable opening balances.

  • Develop and execute test scenarios to validate HR workflows, system configurations, and data consistency between Odoo and LVLUP365.

  • Coordinate with developers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and validate customizations and integrations.

  • Deliver role-based training for HR teams, managers, and employees.

  • Support user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Maintain project documentation, track outstanding actions, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Prepare and coordinate a structured handover to the support team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR systems implementation, ERP implementation, or a similar role.

  • Practical experience with Odoo HR modules or another HR management system.

  • Good understanding of employee administration, attendance, leave policies, payroll processes, and approval workflows.

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

  • Strong Excel skills for data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and imports.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and user-training skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage priorities and follow up on deliverables across multiple client projects.

  • Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to attend client meetings and deliver on-site training when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience implementing Odoo HR and Payroll.

  • Experience with HR mobile applications, employee self-service portals, or attendance device integrations.

  • Familiarity with Egyptian and Saudi HR and payroll practices.

  • Experience preparing process documentation, test scenarios, and user guides.

  • Experience: 1–3 years
