Role Overview – Odoo Implementation Intern
- Business Analysis Support: Assist in identifying business requirements, basic process flows, and system functionalities related to Regrouping Permissions based on Job Positions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and updating documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and Simple Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Support in organizing and maintaining the solution features backlog.
- Requirements Specification: Contribute to drafting and refining functional and non-functional specifications for solution requirements, with close supervision and review.
- Process Understanding: Learn and develop a solid understanding of core business and operational processes, including sales, purchasing, human resources, payroll, accounting, and point of sale, and how they are implemented in Odoo.
- Reporting Needs: Assist in collecting and documenting reporting requirements from different departments and in designing basic report layouts.
- Application Configuration: Support in configuring Odoo applications and user settings to match business needs, following standards defined by the implementation team.
- Testing: Participate in testing new developments and configurations, documenting test results, and reporting issues to developers and senior consultants.
- Training Support: Assist in preparing training materials (presentations, user guides, videos) and support the delivery of end-user training sessions.
Job Qualifications – Intern
- Education: fresh graduate in accounting, business administration, information systems/information technology, or computer science.
- Experience: Previous exposure to ERP systems or Odoo (through courses, projects, internships, or student activities) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic understanding of business processes and accounting principles. Strong willingness to learn, good communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving interest are highly valued.
