Role Overview

  • Business Analysis: Identify business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities related to Regrouping Permissions based on Job Positions.
  • Documentation: Develop a thorough business analysis highlighting problems, opportunities, and proposed solutions. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) while managing the solution features backlog.
  • Requirements Specification: Generate detailed functional and non-functional specifications for solution requirements.
  • Process Understanding: Exhibit a solid understanding of business and operational processes, including sales, purchasing, human resources, payroll, accounting, and point of sale.
  • Reporting Needs: Collect and define necessary reports for departmental development.
  • Application Development: Plan and introduce new applications to support business objectives.
  • Configuration Management: Customize user and application settings to align with business requirements.
  • Testing: Conduct testing of new developments by developers before deployment.
  • Training: Educate employees on effective and efficient system usage.


Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, Information Systems/Information Technology, or computer science.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in implementing Odoo ERP.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business processes and accounting, along with creative vision, effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
